市场营销经理
Responsibility
The CMO is responsible for developing corporate marketing strategies and tactics to maximize sales growth of full line product portfolio with primary or shared responsibility for sales management, product development, channel management, public relations, pricing/market research and customer service.
Influence peers for the direction of company products, legal and finance.
Contribute to achieving national/international reputations of company products resulted in substantive sale enhancement for the organization.
Effectively manage company sale force and relationship with major customers. 
Develop global commercial strategy, product positioning, communication platform, market building/shaping plan and stakeholder engagement.
Drive the pre-launch planning and execution through effectively working with various functional teams and regions. 
Develop internal training materials, patient education programs etc and effectively engage regions in the process. 
Provide commercial input into asset teams to optimize development decision for registration and lifecycle plan to meet market needs.
Work with the research teams to identify early opportunities for new products/ collaboration and facilitate deal teams 

Requirements:
B.S./ M.A./Ph.D/MD. in biotechnology,chemistry,preclinical, biomedicine, or related field. The MBA degree is preferred.
>8 year experience in sales, marketing, or sales management; >2 years oncology marketing experience is preferable.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills and successful marketing experience.
>5 year experience in management and training.
Ability to negotiate.
Demonstrated excellence with oral and written communication skills at making business presentations.
Demonstrated ability to use good analytical skills.
Strong team player and self-motivated.
Flexibility for Travels.

Chinese language is required. English and other languages are preferable.

1.规划企业的市场战略,制订项目规划、市场调研、市场开拓等的具体方案并组织实施;
2.塑造企业品牌形象,提升产品的市场占有率;
3.制订销售策略并推进实施,有效管理销售渠道与大客户,完成年度销售目标。
职位要求:
1.生物技术、化学、医药学等相关专业背景,本科或以上学历,最好有MBA学历;
2.优秀的沟通能力及谈判技巧,亲和力强,具团队合作精神,积极主动并自我激励;
3、8年以上销售/市场工作经验,5年以上医药行业销售团队的管理和培训工作经验,具有经销商激励和管理成功经验。
